Fantastic host, very responsive and friendly. Villa was in very good condition given we just avoided four weeks of solid rain! Looks just like the photos and practical layout inside. Seconds from the beach and Lumma restaurant. Would happily visit again.

Wir hatten einen unglaublichen schönen Aufenthalt in der Pool Villa.Wir wurden sehr herzlich und aufmerksam mit einer Flasche Wein, Wasser und Oliven begrüßt und fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber meldet sich immer wieder mal um zu fragen ob alles in Ordnung ist und die Kommunikation ist sehr sehr freundlich.Die Terrasse, der Pool und die Betten sind unglaublich erholsam. Die Lage ist absolut der Wahnsinn, zum Strand sind es ein paar Meter zu Fuß.Wir danken euch so sehr für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und wir kommen wieder!Liebe Grüße Harnet

The location is great

The location is great - close to the beach and beach club Luuma (150 m). Other clubs (Nosso, Bono and Dune) are also within walking distance. If you have a rental car, park on the street, you may find that they take up a space occasionally, but you will park. The house 100%-does match the photos and description. However, at our time the sewer was being reconstructed on the street and throughout the neighborhood, the owner did not alert us to this, which would not have been fair. We were not disturbed by noise, only partially when driving to the place and leaving the street there were restrictions. What was disturbing, however, was the occasional smell in the house. We pointed this out but it could not be remedied. I suppose it could have been due to the sewer reconstruction. The agency communicates on behalf of the owner, they set up a social media group so that vicariousness worked and responses were prompt. Overall it was an 8.5/10, I'm scoring points down because of the smell and the sewer reconstruction.

Lovely stay!

Lovely stay! Location to the Beach was amazing and the pool and garden are well taken care of. Comfortable house equipped with everything you need. Small issue with electricity and plumbing but it didn’t get in the way of us having an enjoyable stay! Thank you Deniz & Gijs.

Great location by the beach and so many nice restaurants

We spent one month in this Villa on November. Great location by the beach and so many nice restaurants. Also easy to park with. Nice bedrooms and good closet space. Some things should be updated (like sunbed covers) but in general it was a good house to live in, also longer period of time. Gijs / Tola were great and reliable hosts and I would definitely trust to rent their villas again (and probably will).

Paradise

The villa was beautiful, well equipped and in a perfect location right by the beach and superb restaurants! Luuma and Dunes bar are amazing! The hosts were so helpful, friendly and attentive! The house and pool were really clean and the neighbourhood was quiet! It was also a bonus being able to organise a food delivery with the hosts! We would definitely stay again!
