The villa combines comfort, privacy and outdoor living, with a private heated swimming pool surrounded by a sunny terrace and peaceful garden. Large windows bring plenty of natural light into the spacious interiors while offering relaxing views across the garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, while WiFi, air conditioning and heating ensure convenience throughout the year.

Casa Bosqueverde is perfectly positioned for exploring Marbella and the surrounding coastline. Beautiful Cabopino Beach is around 2 km away, while Marbella’s famous Golden Mile, Puerto Banús and the historic town centre are all within easy reach by car. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy several excellent courses nearby, and the Royal Tennis Club Marbella is approximately 4 km away. A selection of restaurants and local amenities can also be found close to the villa.

For added convenience, the garden and private swimming pool are serviced every Tuesday and Thursday. Guests do not need to be present, but by booking the property, they agree to grant access to the maintenance team for this scheduled service.

Check-in is available from 16:00 onwards. A €50 fee applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00, and a €75 fee for check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00.
