Inside, the open-plan living area is bright and stylish, seamlessly connecting to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A cozy dining space and a comfortable lounge make it perfect for socializing.

This elegant penthouse sleeps up to six guests with two queen bedrooms and a foldable couch in the living area. Each bedroom features plush bedding, ample storage, and large windows that fill the space with natural light.

Cool off in the community pool, or take a short 6-minute drive to Marbella’s beautiful beaches. Nearby, you’ll find top restaurants, golf courses, and scenic coastal walks.

A car is recommended for easy access to the hillside location and surrounding attractions.

Things to note
Check-in is available from 16:00 onwards. A €50 fee applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00, and a €75 fee for check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00.

For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with a security system in full compliance with current regulations. The system does not record video or take photos, ensuring your privacy at all times.

While the pool is open year-round, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as drought restrictions or government regulations, may occasionally result in temporary closures.

Schöne, grosse Wohnung, hell, mit grossem, möbliertem Balkon und noch grösserer Dachterrasse, ebenfalls verschiedene Tische, Stühle und Liegen. Wunderschöne Sicht&Sonnenuntergänge, ruhig gelegen, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Es war alles da, was man braucht, gut eingerichtet - home away from home, wir haben es sehr genossen.

Przestronny,czysty apartament z ładnym widokiem. Oddzielna kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Duży balkon i taras na dachu. Basen z ogrodem jest do dyspozycji gości -super miejsce dla dzieci. Przed domem bezproblemowe miejsca postojowe. Idealne położenie w spokojnej okolicy, w sam raz do zwiedzania wybrzeża między Malagą a Marbellą. Polecamy,!Przydałaby się mikrofalówka 🙂
