Check-in is available from 16:00 onwards. A €50 fee applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00, and a €75 fee for check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00.

Unforeseen circumstances, such as drought restrictions or government regulations, may occasionally result in temporary closure of the communal pool.

Perfect easter get away!

Stayed 4 nights before Easter with my family of 4. The non-en-suite bedrooms have twins pushed together to make one bed and that was our only surprise. Otherwise, the location and condo itself were lovely. The beach below the unit was well cared for and popular but not crowded. We did not rent a car and found a grocery a 5 min walk away and enjoyed the 20 min late afternoon walk to old town to shop and eat. We would uber back to the condo after for $15. I can’t really think of a reason I wouldn’t rent it again.

Alles in einem: Eine Top-Wohnung!

Die Wohnung war sauber, roch gut, und war schön gelegen. Man hat uns gut empfangen, und die Bedienung aller Geräte wurde erklärt und war auch nicht kompliziert. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, es gab sogar brauchbare Messer und Gewürze. Einen wunderschönen Ausblick kann man auch geniessen. Die Betten waren bequem und bei Ankunft gut gemacht. Die Lüftung und Heizung hat gut funktioniert, es war immer warm. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, und gut von sowohl Strand als auch Straße zugänglich. Alles in einem: Eine Top-Wohnung!

Beautiful apartment with amazing view!

Our stay in this apartment in Marbella was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is beautifully designed and perfectly equipped, with great attention to every detail. The interiors are stylish, modern and very comfortable — everything you need for a relaxing stay. The sea view is simply stunning — you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Mediterranean right from the terrace. What makes this place even more special is the location: the beach is only 30 meters away, so you are just a few steps from the sea. The apartment is also very clean, spacious and well maintained, making you feel at home from the very first moment. The location is excellent, close to everything yet quiet and private. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable and unforgettable stay in Marbella. We would love to come back! 🌴✨

Definitely a 5 star stay

The apartment was perfect, in mid December the light streaming in through the windows, and the glorious views out to sea were uplifting. It is easy to walk to the marina with its shops, bars and loads of restaurants in 10 mins. And then another 20 mins walk to get into the beautiful old town of Estepona.Taxis were easy to find if you don’t fancy the walk home!It is easy to explore the area by car from here too, 20 mins to Puerto Banus and Marbella, an hour takes you into the mountains and to the beautiful city of Ronda. Great golf courses close by too.And returning to the apartment was always a pleasure, to take in the view or settle on the big comfy sofa and watch a film on the enormous tv.Definitely a 5 star stay.

This apartment is exactly as described, it is spacious with a great view of the beach and sea. The pool is lovely and easily accessible from the apartment and you can walk to the marina and restaurants nearby.

The girls from the office were fantastic, apartment was perfect. Exactly as described. We were blown away with it. Terrace was brilliant lovely for evening drinks, 1minute to beach with great beach bar. 20 mins walk to old town of Estepona, 10 mins to Marina. Will definitely book again. Thank you for a great stay.
